This volume reviews the whole electoral Mexican process in the twentieth century, with statements in the three stages that the country enforced in this matter. The first one between 1910 and 1929, the armed years of the revolution and the political changes. The second one begun in 1929, a year that marked Mexican history: the great depression forced the Mexican government to enforce the political leadership to avoid economic and social effects. The year of 1988 was an important stage in the electoral development of Mexico because of doubtful elections, in this year the third stage. And finally the most important election of the century is studied, the one of 2000.
